Agile Coach & Kanban Trainer
"If you think shipping on time is challenging, try shipping something that customers really love."

About me
As an experienced agile product professional, I’ve worked in roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach — always combining hands-on product work with coaching and training. My approach to Agile Product Development (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, Design Thinking, etc.) emphasizes mindset over mechanics, with a strong focus on user-centricity and outcomes over output.
I’ve supported product teams across startups, agencies, and enterprises — including brands like eBay (brands4friends), Spreadshirt, E.ON, Accenture, and Fjord — gaining deep insights into digital delivery in real-world complexity. Along the way, I’ve become a certified Systemic Coach and an Accredited Kanban Trainer, always striving to grow and refine my perspective.
I’m passionate about building environments where people can do meaningful work — with clarity, flow, and a shared sense of purpose. I believe that real change starts with transparency and the willingness to experiment, not with fixed methods or roles. My work is guided by curiosity, empathy, and a deep belief in continuous learning — from the teams I support, the challenges we face together, and the outcomes we co-create.
Agility for me is not a goal in itself — it’s a way to navigate complexity and move toward what matters.
Flow Sensei is my way of creating space for what I care about most: helping people and teams discover the power of flow. Together with my partner Zain Gulel, I’ve built Flow Sensei as a platform to share our Kanban passion, collaborate with like-minded practitioners, and design grounded, people-centered approaches to agility. It’s a way for us to contribute, connect, and keep evolving — in the work, and in ourselves.
