Description

Kanban System Design (KSD) helps you build your own Kanban system from scratch or improve an existing one—tailored to your team’s or organization’s context.

In this highly practical course, you will learn how to design effective workflows, visualize work, manage flow, and implement feedback loops.

You’ll gain a deep understanding of Kanban principles and practices to create systems that enable sustainable improvement and greater business agility.

You will leave the class with actionable tools and the ability to evolve your system in response to real-world challenges.
