Welcome to Flow Sensei. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your participation in any Kanban training courses provided by Flow Sensei, a trading name of Merza Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
1. Bookings and Payments
- All course bookings must be made via our website or approved channels.
- Full payment is required to secure your spot in a course unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the course are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an option to rebook will be offered.
3. Training Delivery
- Training is delivered by an Accredited Kanban Trainer certified by Kanban University.
- You will receive official certification from Kanban University upon successful completion, where applicable.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content provided during training and on this website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Kanban University trademarks and course materials are used under license.
5. User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the website or disrupt training sessions in any way.
- We reserve the right to remove participants from courses due to inappropriate behavior without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to ensure the accuracy of information, but we do not guarantee that the content is free from errors or omissions.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.
7. Privacy
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
